Do you really offer 24/7 emergency call-outs?

Yes — I’m available around the clock for urgent issues like power loss, burning smells, tripped circuits, or exposed wires. Just call and I’ll respond as quickly as possible.

How quickly can you arrive in an emergency?

I aim to respond to local emergencies within the hour whenever possible.

What should I do while I wait for you to arrive?

If safe, turn off your power at the main fuse board and avoid touching any faulty equipment. Then wait in a safe area until I arrive.

Are emergency call-outs expensive?

I charge a fair premium for out-of-hours visits, but all pricing is upfront — with no hidden fees.
